Privacy Policy

Effective: 25 October 2026 · Website: skpoland.eu · Language: English

1. Who controls your personal data?

The controller is Sylwester Korycki, an individual based in Poland developing the SKPoland initiative. SKPoland is currently a pre-registration business initiative, not a registered company. Contact the controller at contact@skpoland.eu for privacy enquiries and rights requests.

Postal correspondence address: Pustków 407A, 39-205 Pustków, Poland.

2. What data do we process?

When you contact us, we may receive your name, business email, company name, message and any personal information you voluntarily include. Technical data needed to deliver the website and protect the form may also be processed by the hosting provider and FormSubmit.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiries to read, respond to and manage your request, assess possible cooperation and protect against misuse. The usual legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); where you ask for steps toward a potential contract in your personal capacity, Article 6(1)(b) may also apply. We do not use contact form details to send newsletters or unsolicited marketing.

4. How long is information kept?

Enquiries that do not result in cooperation are normally deleted within 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless an earlier deletion request applies or a longer period is necessary for legal claims or another legal obligation. Where a later contract is concluded, separate retention rules may apply.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use our website hosting provider, email service provider and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to transmit enquiries to contact@skpoland.eu. Those providers may process information needed to deliver the services. FormSubmit is an external service; its current processing locations, processor terms and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be verified before live use. We cannot currently confirm that all data remains within the EEA or that appropriate transfer safeguards are in place.

FormSubmit's published information: FormSubmit privacy information.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can contact us at contact@skpoland.eu. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

7. Is providing data mandatory?

Providing data is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details and a description of your enquiry to respond. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information through the initial contact form.

8. Cookies and analytics

SKPoland does not intentionally install marketing or analytics cookies and does not currently use Google Analytics. Hosting infrastructure, anti-spam or third-party FormSubmit services may nevertheless use technical data or cookies according to their own implementation. This must be checked against the live deployment and adjusted if the configuration changes.

9. Automated decisions

We do not use the submitted contact data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Changes

We may update this notice if our services, providers or legal status change. The current version will be published here.
