1. Operator and business status
This website is operated as the SKPoland initiative by Sylwester Korycki, an individual based in Poland. SKPoland is currently an initiative at the pre-registration stage and is not presented as a registered company. Email: contact@skpoland.eu. 2. Purpose of the website
The website presents potential industrial and business support services in Poland, provides information and enables preliminary, non-binding enquiries. It does not provide online purchasing, payments or booking of services.
3. Non-binding enquiries and future engagements
Descriptions of potential services, images and website content are informational and are not binding offers. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract, order, reservation, guarantee of availability or obligation to perform services. Any future engagement requires separate agreement and completion of applicable business registration and formalities before services commence.
4. Free electronic services and technical requirements
Browsing the site and submitting a contact enquiry are free. You need a device with an up-to-date web browser and internet access; the form also requires JavaScript and access to the external FormSubmit service. You may stop using the website at any time. The electronic contact service is provided for the time needed to submit and process an enquiry.
5. Acceptable use
Do not send unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious content, spam, executable code, or information you are not authorized to share. We may decline to process unlawful or abusive submissions.
6. Complaints and technical problems
Send complaints about website access or the enquiry form to contact@skpoland.eu with a description of the issue and your contact email. We aim to respond within 14 days, but this is a service objective rather than a guaranteed statutory period.
7. Intellectual property and images
Website text, design and visual materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission or another valid legal basis. Some images are illustrative and do not represent completed SKPoland projects or specific client facilities.
8. External services and availability
Form submission depends on FormSubmit and internet connectivity. We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. This clause does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
